Have you ever noticed that where your attention goes, energy is soon to follow? Have you ever had a thought about something and then suddenly you are seeing or experiencing things that are related to those thoughts?

The law of attraction theory has been spoken of for a very long time. There are several phenomenal books about the subject such as “Think and Grow  Rich” by Napoleon Hill, “The Law of Attraction” by Abraham Hicks,  and “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne. What it all boils down to is the fact that our thoughts have a vibration, energy, and power. The struggle that many of us run up against is that although we may feel that we have good thoughts or ideas, we tend to doubt ourselves and do not believe that we deserve good things. That is a false belief and one that we must rid ourselves of immediately!  The law of attraction is fun to play with because it really does work! However we must be mindful of what we are attracting into our lives. If we are constantly worried or fearful of something happening we can actually manifest that negative thought into a reality.

Have you ever known someone who is constantly breaking their cell phone or always has car trouble even if the car is brand new? To add a little humor, I have a friend that always steps in dog poo. I can walk in the exact same area   a hundred times and not step in it, but the minute he walks in the room it is like a magnet to his shoe! Without being aware of it, these circumstance come into our lives because we believe them to be true. We say things like; “oh I get into accidents all of the time”, or “I always lose my keys”. Of course you do! You are already putting so much energy in to those thoughts that they become a reality!

I would like to offer you an opportunity to watch how the law of attraction can help you achieve your goals. This is the first day of a brand new week so it is a great time to try something new! Think about something in your life that you would like to shift. It can be as simple as not hitting any red lights on the way to work, to getting that raise that you deserve at work, to finally hearing from a friend that you have been missing. Whatever  you decide is perfect as long as you do not sell yourself short by doubting that it can happen. Instead, believe with every ounce of your being that you deserve it. Write it down, read it multiple times a day, think about it, talk about it, imagine the scenario in your mind as often as you can. After some time, and you may need to be patient, begin to notice if things have started shifting. Your answer may even come in a way that you never expected, but be open to it! Your life was meant to be fun and joyful, so have fun with this! Wuf Namaste!
