Let your meditation practice for the day be a mindful walk around a patch of grass or on the sand. Find the posture of standing mountain strong when you are waiting in line for that latte! Practice deep breathing by taking in the scent of a flower or fresh baked cookies! Practice kindness by opening doors for others, and letting the woman with only one item in her hand, pass in front of you at the grocery store! Be mindful of your words, your actions, and see how you can manifest peace in your life.

You see Yoga is a state of mind, a lifestyle, and it is for everyone no matter where you are from or how old you are.
