Today I interviewed Jennifer Miller, of Confident Parents Confident Kids, and she had a really cool exercise she did with a paper heart. You’ll have to watch the video to see what I’m talking about.

“Research says that in order 4 someone to be happy & have a sense of well-being, you need ONE good friend.”

“It’s hard to get off the hamster wheel but those thoughts aren’t constructive. Ask how can I see this in another way, and how can I set a #positive goal. And then let it go. No amount of worrying about it is going to change things.”
