Today I attended The Emotion Code course, which is so cool. Basically, it’s like energy psychology. We all have trapped emotions in us, which could be there from yesterday, last year, when we were 3 years-old, or inherited from our ancestors. Like emotional baggage. And these negative emotions can cause dis-ease. So, if we want to stay healthy and well, then we need to figure out how to release these trapped emotions. That’s what I learned how to do today, and it was great.
