To teach the next generation how to have a yogic-mindset, cope with their emotions in a healthy way, think positively, appreciate what is good, and spread love and peace. The goal is to encourage a yogic lifestyle so kids look on the bright side of life instead of being negative, appreciate what is good instead of focusing on what may be bad, and spread love and peace instead of hate.
