One of my favorite interviews was with Dr. Bradley Nelson, of the Emotion Code and Discover Healing. You have to watch it to see how cool it is, but he showed us that emotions are trapped inside of us from years ago, and they can be released to make us feel healthier, stronger, more self-confident, and more. After I did this interview with him, he came to town to see Tony Robbins and we met up for lunch. He was so nice, and invited me to be a teen ambassador for the Emotion Code. I am looking forward to getting certified and helping my friends release their pent up emotions. This could be a game changer for teenagers!
“About 90% of physical pain people have is because of their #emotional baggage, so if you release the trapped emotions, you can heal physically and mentally.”
“We can ask questions of the subconscious mind and it will give us answers because the mind can’t lie.”
