The Mindful Monday book release event was amazing. I really had a great time, and I hope you did too. I hope you love the book!

Teens and adults from all over South Florida, came together to raise awareness for mental health at our ‘Mindfulness Monday’ book release event.

We had a mindfulness panel, some book readings, and some fun giveaways! The panel was amazing and I am going to blog about each question and answer, because it’s so important, so check out the blog section of this website.

Congratulations to all the mindful essay winners! You each did amazing and we are glad you were there to celebrate with us!
