Happy 13th Birthday to Wuf Shanti. This year on Wuf’s birthday, I want to thank everyone who has joined me on this journey. It has been quite an educational evolution. With everything going on in the world, Wuf’s teachings about coping with emotions and bringing everyone together is more important now than ever.

Now that I am 21 and graduating from college soon, it is time for me to pass the torch, so to speak. While I was home visiting a couple of weeks ago, I surprised my parents by having my little sister appear as Wuf Shanti, which she has been asking to do for a while now.

I am not sure what she will do with it, whether she will stick with mindfulness, or focus on some other aspect of mental health, but whatever she decides, I will be there to support her, and I hope you will be too.

Also, on Wuf’s birthday, I often think about my great-grandfather, a wise man who inspired all of our teachings, and who I miss greatly. I know he would be proud, smiling from above. “Onward.”

This is a bittersweet moment for me, with mixed emotions. I am profoundly grateful for all that Wuf Shanti (and everyone I’ve crossed paths with, met, and worked with) has done to impact my life, and sad to be moving on, but at the same time, I am excited to see how my next adventure will turn out, and I am so proud of my sister, and can’t wait to see where she takes Wuf Shanti.

Wishing everyone health and wellness, the ability to think well to be well, and get to neutral,
Adam
