A mindfulness App made just for kids, by a youth mental health education advocate, Adam Avin, is being offered for free by Wuf Shanti Children’s Wellness Foundation. The Wuf Shanti Mindful Mobile App, the Yoga Fun Machine, is great for little kids — it has videos, music, games, #yoga, #meditation, and more. Common Sense Media named Wuf Shanti as one of the best meditation apps for kids and best health game apps for kids, to use while everyone is home from school now.
