This is Dave Trachtenberg of Walk the Middle Way, and speaking to him was certainly eye opening. He has these really cool exercises that put you in the shoes of someone different from you, and it’s powerful. Also, he has some great ideas about comedy! Listen to find out.
“#Empathy is the umbrella that affects everything else like #mindfulness #diversity #inclusion. What’s it like to walk inside the shoes of other people and see from their perspective what their experience is & what they’re going through?”
“Ask questions of ourselves. How am I feeling now? What would I like to be feeling now if I’m stressed? Where is peace for me right now? #Questions lead to greater #awareness.”
